Jewel-Toned Christmas Tree

When choosing a Christmas tree design to match colored walls, go for decorations with complementing hues. Melanie picked a European Fir Tree for its natural shape and design. On its own, it is an attractive tree with dark green needles, slight notches on long, hinged branches, and a full, pear-shaped profile. To dress it up, she chose the hand-painted Georgetown Bauble Set, with its combination of richly colored navy, copper, and turquoise ornaments in matte and metallic finishes. For added texture, she used a luxurious Lodge Faux Fur Tree Skirt to hide the tree base. (Tip: Add extra ornaments in decorative wooden boxes or jars and place in other areas of your home for a cohesive theme all around.)
