A Frosty Blue Christmas

A flocked tree like the Frosted Sugar Pine brings to mind calm, wintry Christmases. Its beautiful forest-green hue dusted with newly fallen snow goes perfectly with a blue, white, and metallic color scheme. To get the look, combine ornaments of varying shapes, sizes, and finishes. Christy chose to adorn the tree with elegant pieces from the Silver and Gold Glass Ornament Set and BH Essentials Metallic Ornament Set.

In addition, she used two rolls of French Blue Velvet Ribbon around the tree to tie in with her Blue Christmas theme. (Tip: Pinch and twist the ribbon as you go along so that it isn’t wound around the tree in a perfect coil)

Interspersed throughout the tree is a silver Flexible Woven Ribbon as well as Mini Magnolia Floral Picks to add texture and variety. The tree base is hidden by a matching French Blue Velvet Tree Skirt for a refined touch, and the tree is topped with a beautiful Double-Sided Mirrored Star.
