Rustic Silver and Gold Tree

How tall is your tree?
6 feet.

What mix of ornaments did you use for this tree?
I used rustic-like textures, i.e. birdhouses, wicker balls, wood ornaments, with silver and gold, and burlap.

How many ornaments did you use to achieve that look?
I didn’t actually count, but I did use a lot and had to buy some bigger ones to fill in larger gaps. It was fun.

How much garland/ribbon did it take to cover the tree?
I used a whole roll of brown music-note paper.

How did you decide on the decorating theme of your tree?
I knew I wanted it to be rustic, but I love the pretty sparkle and shine from silver and gold, so it was a win-win.

Is there something different you did for this tree that you particularly like?
I loved creating the tree topper, with gold berries, poinsettias, and gold-dusted bird nests.
